These terms cover merchandise purchased through this website. E-books bought from external retailers are subject to that retailer’s purchase and refund terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping charges and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before payment. Stripe securely processes payment; we never see or store your full card details.
Please check your items, sizes, colours and delivery details before paying. We will send an order confirmation using the email address provided at checkout.
US shipping and made-to-order fulfilment
We ship within the United States only. Merchandise is made to order and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Pressed and Prettied, based in Louisiana.
Production takes 3–5 business days. After production, delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays.
30-day returns
Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. The customer pays return postage. Contact team@ivansinfiniteimagination.com before sending anything back so we can provide the return instructions and address privately.
Change-of-mind refunds cover the returned item price, not the original shipping charge. We process refunds to the original payment method after receiving and checking the returned goods. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact team@ivansinfiniteimagination.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We offer a free replacement or a full refund including shipping.
If a return is needed for such an item, we will arrange it without return-postage cost to you. These terms do not limit any rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
USA 250 Limited Edition
The USA 250 edition is limited to 2,500 units in total across the adult and kids tees. Once sold out, it will not be restocked.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock is checked before a payment session is created. Remaining stock can be held temporarily during checkout; if all available units are reserved, you may need to try again later. Paid units count towards the edition limit and are not added back as new stock.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
